Basic Maintenance

​

Basic Maintenance is automatically included in all rental agreements

​

a) It covers accidental damage to the instrument, case and bow up to $100 per year for violins and violas, $150 a year for 'celli, and $275 a year for basses

​

b) It does NOT cover loss, theft or cosmetic damage.

​

c) The renter is responsible for all damage/repair costs beyond the yearly limit

​

Prime Maintenance

​

Prime Maintenance is an optional program that is an additional charge a month.

​

We call this 'bumper to bumper' coverage!

  

a) It covers the entire cost of the instrument, bow and case against damage

​

b) It covers the entire cost of the instrument, bow and case, in the event of theft

(a police report filed within 7 days of theft is required)

​

What is not covered under any maintenance programs?

​

a) Full sets of replacement strings are the renters reponsibility.  We will replace single broken strings as part of your maintenace program.

​

b) Loss is not covered under any maintenance agreement
