Prime Maintenance

Prime Maintenance is a damage coverage program that gives you peace of mind while renting your instrument.

​

We call this 'bumper to bumper' coverage!

  

a) It covers the entire cost of the instrument, bow and case against damage

​

b) It covers the entire cost of the instrument, bow and case, in the event of theft

(a police report filed within 7 days of theft is required)

​

What is not covered under any maintenance programs?

​

a) We will replace single broken strings as part of your maintenance program, however, full sets of replacement strings are recommended yearly and that is not covered.      

​

b) Loss is not covered under the maintenace agreement
